MEWA helped me rebuild my life

I started using Mugukaa after school closures during COVID-19. Through MEWA’s Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I learned to control my cravings and focus on positive things. The training I received opened my eyes to self-employment, and although getting a job has been hard, I now believe in my future. MEWA gave me hope when I had none.

CBT changed how I see myself

I used to spend all my money on Mugukaa, sometimes even using my brother’s school fees. After joining MEWA’s sessions, my sleep and appetite improved, and I learned how to manage stress. Now, I am finishing my salon training and finally feel proud of who I am.
